Terms & Conditions

• "Company", "we", "us", "our": Jomadic OÜ, registered in Estonia.
• "Service": the Reservable web application, APIs, and related services available at https://www.reservable.app.
• "Restaurant" / "Subscriber": a business that registers for and uses the Service to manage reservations.
• "Guest": an end-user who makes a reservation through a Subscriber's Reservable-powered booking page.
• "Account": the registered profile used to access the Service.
• "Content": text, logos, images, and data uploaded to or generated by the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To access the Service, Subscribers must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access at info@reservable.app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Reservable provides restaurants with tools to manage online reservations, including a branded guest-facing booking page, a reservation calendar, table management, automated confirmation emails, and related features. The specific features available depend on your active subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Access to the full Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee for your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• Provide valid payment details and authorise recurring charges via Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
• Accept that subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

All prices are listed on our pricing page and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active Subscribers.

New Subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial. The trial is available once per business. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate unless you cancel before the trial ends. No charge is made during the trial period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

You retain ownership of all Content you upload to the Service (e.g. your restaurant logo, branding, and reservation data). By uploading Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and display that Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent that your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and that you have all necessary rights to upload it.

The Subscriber (restaurant) is solely responsible for the accuracy of their availability, table configuration, and reservation policies. Reservable facilitates the booking process but is not a party to the reservation contract between the restaurant and its guests. Any disputes between a Subscriber and their guests are to be resolved between those parties.

By using a Subscriber's booking page, guests agree that their reservation data (name, contact details, party size) will be shared with and processed by the Subscriber.

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of Jomadic OÜ. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Jomadic OÜ.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Firebase (database and auth), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these integrations is also subject to those providers' respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of any reservation data, statistics, or third-party information displayed in the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jomadic OÜ and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jomadic OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

If you are a consumer located in a country where mandatory local laws provide additional protections, those protections shall apply to the extent required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or by prominently posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
